Excellent facilities and very nice reception, very clean and comfortable bed and amenities, however the location is quite far from the city center, and many rooms have windows that face the food market, which implies odors and noise, also there is no terrace or balconies to access for some clean air, which I found a bit uncomfortable personally.
Parking was not easy to find, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite oddly organised but it worked for us :)
NO PARKING! Well, technically, there is parking, but it’s a lottery! You can’t reserve a spot, and there aren’t enough spaces for everyone. If having a guaranteed parking spot is important to you, this is NOT the hotel for you. In our case, things ended badly: our car was broken into in Porto, and after spending 4 hours at the police station, we arrived at the hotel only to find that all parking spots were taken. We had to leave our damaged car in a public parking lot and pay for an overnight stay. As for the hotel itself – it was generally fine: clean, comfortable bed, decent room amenities. But the parking situation completely ruined our experience.
