Hotel Da Vinci

The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone. ⠀ The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had. ⠀ Getting to the city center is easy — there’s a metro station and bus stops nearby. A great choice for those who want to relax in comfort while exploring Milan! ⠀ We’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Da Vinci!

The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo/galleria locations. Recommend for anyone on a budget!

Very Rude, Extremely unwelcoming staff to the extent of gives racist vibes. No smiles no hello when we approached the counter for check in. No where have I ever experienced this We had 4 rooms. When we checked in at around 3 pm and within 30 minutes to 1 hr of our check in house keeping ladies walked straight in to each of our rooms without knocking and then left saying sorry sorry sorry. Did not make any sense at all. The rooms were big and beds were excellent. Very comfortable. There were no kettles in the rooms or any provision to make tea. Air Conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. We asked them to get it checked. A person came, tightened a few screws and went away without saying anything One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Terrible experience
