Everything at Hotel Da Vinci was excellent, and the restaurant was particularly good! Had a great stay.

Cute little hotel in the middle of Empoli ! Excellent service at the front desk. The bar staff and restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The gym was small and you need to reserve space if needed. Overall highly recommended

Hotel Da Vinci Empoli. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, from July 9–11, for my niece’s wedding. Overall, it’s a decent hotel and a good value for the money. The bride and groom chose it as the official place to stay, so about 100 of us, from all over the world, were accommodated there. While the hotel is typically quiet, the large group brought a lively energy — it definitely got a little loud! 😊 Front desk service was hit or miss: some receptionists were lovely, while others were less helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Taxis and Ubers were hard to come by, which made transportation a bit challenging. The lobby is small but tastefully decorated with a modern touch. The hotel restaurant and bar were excellent — great ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious food. However, they close daily between 4 and 6 p.m., so if you’re hungry during that window, you’ll need to venture out. The hotel’s location is fairly isolated, and during our celebration, not having access to ice when the bar was closed was inconvenient. Wi-Fi was of good quality and stable throughout our stay, and parking was free. There was an elevator available, but we didn’t notice any ramps or additional support for guests with mobility issues. There’s a shopping center across the street, including a delightful little coffee shop with fantastic coffee and pastries — perfect if you miss breakfast at the hotel. You’ll definitely need a car to get around the area. Our room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and plush towels. Amenities included a TV, a minibar stocked with water and sodas, and a safe — although there was no coffee maker. Do be cautious in the shower — the floor was extremely slippery, and we ended up using a hand towel for traction. Electrical outlets were limited, and the air conditioning was okay, though not as cool as what we experienced in hotels in Monterosso or Pisa. In summary, a solid choice with some drawbacks, but good value overall.
