Amazing service, especially Fernanda. She was helpful and kind. Always took the extra mile to make sure we were catered for. Super friendly and nice to all hotel guest. And she made the hotel have the warmth and comfort you can only get from a genuine people.

Loved the hot breakfast every morning, and appreciated the special gluten-free options. Room was a little warm without AC, but the ceiling fan and window open helped. Cute room design, easy parking, and nice location close to a grocery and restaurants.

The front desk staff is not as friendly as one would expect from a hospitality establishment. The property itself is nice and beautiful, with good breakfast offerings. We stayed in a room with two large beds positioned in different directions and a single window. Despite being four people in the room, we were only provided with one fan. Even after multiple requests and offering to pay extra, the staff refused to give us an additional fan, citing a "one room per fan" policy and claiming they had no extras available. It’s surprising that a property of this size doesn’t have spare fans on hand in case of malfunction. The room was hot and muggy, and opening the small window only increased the outside noise at night. The beds were comfortable, but the mattress toppers tended to slide out easily. The lack of air conditioning is a major downside, making our stay uncomfortable and leading to sleepless nights. The bathroom, although quite small, had a good shower. However, the hotel is definitely overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
