Quaint hotel located conveniently near train station. Staff make you feel welcome to point of being family. Rooms can accommodate 3 pax and have enough luggage manoeuvring space. Breakfast has enough selection to energize your walk around Geneva.
Good for business travel, kettle in the room, comfy and big bed. Only downside is the faint smell of cigarette smoke presumably from old carpets
I’m currently staying here, having booked the “suite” for 1250 CHF for 3 nights. Despite setting the air conditioning to 16°C, the room temperature remains around 30°C. When I raised this issue, the receptionist simply said “apologies, we can’t help it” and promised to bring a fan — which never arrived. On top of that, there’s a persistent foul smell coming from the sink or drain, making it very difficult to sleep. For this price, I expected at least a reasonable level of comfort, but unfortunately, this hotel falls far short. Disappointing experience.
