Our stay at this hotel was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The location is perfect it is close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, sweet, and accommodating, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Madame Rabaud, the manager, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional.

Grand Dame with class and see ice that impresses! We departed The President Wilson early and called and spoke to Sebastian the front desk manager who recused us and organized a room to be ready by 12 - so much character and class in the rooms - good size with authentic silver bathroom finishes. The service was next level managed to have a lunch and breakfast - makes us want to return to Geneva!
