Hotel Daniel

Very nice hotel, tasty breakfast, clean and nice room. At the first floor there is also a good sauna area. Moreover the cost of this hotel is very attractive, hard to find better in Ischgl village center close to the skilifts.

Terrible experience. Simple hotel, booked on Booking.com (2 double rooms for 2 people), only to discover at check-out that one of the double rooms was considered for single use, and we were charged an additional €240. There was no indication of this on Booking.com. A real scam. Managed by a German call center (Kopfueber) with no regard for customers.

we booked the penthouse for 6 nights because we are a family with 3 children. the apartment was not clean, there was no light everywhere, there were no dishes in the kitchen, dish detergent, sponge, shower gel or soap in the bathroom. we went and bought all this from the supermarket, we said not to spoil our vacation. the surprise came after 3 days when at least the towels in the bathroom should have been changed (not to mention the rest like trash, toilet paper, cleaning...) and when I went to the reception and ask the answer was that we have an apartment, where we don't have nothing, only if we ask or complain. I mention that I paid 700 euros per night, without breakfast (the answer was it is an apartment and we have a kitchen) and without cleaning and the rest because it is not a hotel room. I didn't have 5-star claims, but at least 4-star conditions that they claim to have! a big disappointment! a lot of money for an penthouse without any service!
