Hotel Daniela

What an amazing hotel! We didn't realize they offered shuttle from the train station, but they definitely got us back. The rooms are adorable and the view was wonderful. Customer service was top notch. We enjoyed the Spa Area.

Probably our favorite stay out of our Italy and Switzerland travels. They gave us a lovely upgraded room, great location and views. Attention to the small details. We fully enjoyed the spa each night to unwind. Great staff and morning breakfast. Look forward to coming to visit in the summer or winter and enjoying all zermatt has to offer!

Wow! Do yourself a favor and book your stay ASAP. This is a true luxury hotel experience. You get picked up at the train station and your luggage is whisked all the way to your room. All the rooms seemed to have a balcony with some view of the Matterhorn. We had good weather and got to see it displayed constantly. The room was well appointed and everything was clean and fresh. The free access to the mini bar was also nice. Breakfast was top tier and a great way to fuel a long day of skiing, hiking, you name it! They also had some afternoon snacks on offer if you timed it right. The spa is only open from 4-8p, but you can go to their sister hotel for access to their facility in extended hours. The hotel's location is excellent and you can quickly get to ski rental shops and all of the major lift areas (or the bus to shuttle between them) with only a short walk. We loved everything about our stay and would gladly return some day, highly recommended!
