I stayed at Hotel Dann Cartagena and it was such a lovely experience! The staff was super kind, the room was comfy and had an amazing ocean view 🌊. The best part? Direct access to the beach 🏖️ and a pool with a beautiful sunset view. Delicious breakfast, everything clean and peaceful. I’d definitely go back!
Great experience at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and eager to help the guest with their needs, the food was good, the pool was refreshing and the rooms were cozy. However, the hotel lacks a lot of infrastructure to be friendly with babies and people with special needs. There are a lot of only stairs paths, without ramps, so going with strollers and wheelchairs are mini nightmares for the ones who have to carry them. Specially if the hotel has an elevator stop every 2 levels. One of the best things: We were accommodated with a cradle! Nice one.
I was worried reading reviews but I had a experience here. If you’re looking for a nice beach nearby definitely look elsewhere as the beach isn’t great and you will be harassed constantly by people try to sell you drinks or a table. The restaurant and breakfast are very average. The staff was excellent. The shower was really small but the bed was nice. The pool area was super nice as well
