Very old rooms yet clean (housekeeping inside the rooms were on point), food was good I might suggest more options for breakfast though, cleanliness in common areas and facilities is a big question mark, service and staff were warm and hospitable while clearly the hotel was understaffed and reflected the town’s hospitality, location was fantastic near the city and with an amazing sea view, small parking and some views have a terrible view on the ugly sad looking, abandoned building across the street . For a five stars hotel you might expect them to use a PMS for operations like checking and checkout and avoid the long wait, also upgrading the room was not possible at first, clearly because the gentleman at the reception was working alone and he had a long line of guests waiting while he was doing everything by himself and MANUALLY. Also WiFi was not available, except at the reception, which is not ideal.

Honestly some of the staff here were rude and even some of them tried to flirt with me and called me nicknames and that lead on disturbing my holiday, Adding to that the food was average almost bad and some of our rooms had terrible views under garbage or a scary empty house. Moreover it doesn't have many things to entertain yourself so if you are coming with family you'll be bored. Last but not least the rooms are bad like they gave us 3 beds with a bank and called it a room of four so 3 of us had to share two beds and don't get me started on the bathrooms, you can't even fill a bathtub properly. But overall it wasn't that bad and it has a great beach and a really big swimming pool. I almost forgot there is no WIFI! It's unbelievable you can only access it in the reception.

The worst hotel on the planet! The worst staff and the worst service!!! There is no service to begin with to be bad or good! Very old rooms, rude staff, no slippers, no water and they don’t even allow you to bring water from outside only to charge you triple the price inside! Nothing is working in the room, phone, hair dryer, no wifi, nothing!!! 5 star hotel? Doesn’t deserve even one star!! If there was a lower rating than one star I would put it!!! Never been so disappointed and so disgusted by such service! Messed my holiday!!!
