Would happily recommend this hotel. Excellent staff, very nicely furnished and a good standard of food at breakfast and diner. Our group found it excellent value for money also. Kaprun is a smaller village and the hotel is about 15 min walk from the center. Subsequently it is nice and quiet in the evenings. Can see why it is so popular with families, couples and others. The bus stop is very nearby which makes access the ski areas very easy. Overall would stay here again very happily.
We had a wonderful time on our skiing vacation on the Kitzsteinhorn. The hotel has great facilities. We enjoyed the spa, saunas, pools, playroom. The breakfast is rich with fresh egg dishes, good coffee, vegetarian food and drinks, fresh fruits, smoothie, pasties, the dinner was tasty with healty options. Everything clean and tidy. 5* for the staff too 😀
Great little hotel, definatly recommended. Staff is very plesent, the food is superb. Spa area and pool are amazing. Ski bus station is right in front of the hotel, so you are in the center of Kaprun and in front of the base station Maiskogel in 5-10 minutes. My only complaints are that superior room bathroom is in need of renovation, other than that room was cozy and roomy enough for two people and a dog. Also, car park was covered with ice.
