This hotel is a disgrace. €240 per night for an aging hotel with a complete backlog of renovations from the 1960s leaves me speechless. The rooms are old and unkempt, the bathroom is poorly repaired and dirty. Room service wasn't there yesterday until 3:00 PM and didn't come again for the day. The advertised pool is so heavily chlorinated that opening the door takes your breath away, and we had no desire to swim there. The breakfast, like the hotel, is old-fashioned, and the scrambled eggs are sometimes cold. However, you could order a fried egg for €1.50. The selection of cold cuts and cheese dwindled day by day. The hotel bar, where you might have had another drink, was closed on Sunday and Monday. Instead, there was a drinks fridge where 0.33 Flensburgers cost €4. Unopened packages were left in the entrance area for three days. You can't run a hotel like that; you're ripping off the customer because you know you have no other choice.
