I can not find anything wrong with this hotel, and I am very critical. The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds, huge rain shower, separate toilet. The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much, Lisa is always smiling and happy, and she has a wealth of information to share with you. Restaurant staff are incredible too, and the food here is as good as any Michelin star restaurant that I have eaten at, and I have eaten at a lot of Michelin star restaurants.

We were on a company trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm and I can not describe well enough, how brilliant this hotel is. Everything from location, rooms, breakfast, staff.. PERFECT. The hotel is situated right next to the Zwölferkogel lift and slopes. Also the rental store Rabbit Rental was on the side of the building which made the hotel location very convienient. Also many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was professional and kind and at the front desk we received such a great welcome. Every time I needed help with something related to our group, we were assisted with such a positive & happy attitude. The hotel was also quiet, no loud noises or bar music nearby. The rooms were also very quiet and I did not hear any noise from other rooms or the corridor. The rooms were also decorated with good taste and just the over all feeling of the rooms was comfortable. Breakfast was great, so many varieties of cheese and ham, delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a hotel that has a great location, comfortable rooms, professional staff and calm surroundings.
