We only stayed for one night — maybe 10 hours in total — but I was genuinely impressed. We arrived around 9:00 PM on July 15th and were warmly welcomed by a kind lady at the reception. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she made a great impression. She explained everything clearly, made us feel truly welcome, and never gave the sense that we were bothering her — something that sadly happens elsewhere. Her English was excellent too, and honestly a pleasure to listen to. Our room was absolutely perfect — very spacious and with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast that exceeded our expectations. All in all, even though our stay was short, everything about it was spot on. I honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. Would definitely come back!

Comfortable rooms, excellent food (both Austrian and Asian items of the menu) and a good spa in a quiet spot close to Innsbruck and A13.

Allowed me to make a last minute online booking, 1 hour in advance only to tell me my room is directly above a wedding party that's allowed to continue to 4am... The receptionist was kind enough to refund my non-refundable booking but this room should never have been made available for booking. Had to scramble to find another room at 9pm on a Saturday evening...
