A true gem of hospitality in the south of Paris! We found the true meaning of hospitality at this hotel—something that’s rare in Paris. Even though we were only able to stay here thanks to a discount (otherwise it would have been beyond our budget), we were treated with genuine respect and dignity by every member of the staff. Check-in wasn’t just a formality—it felt like a warm welcome. From the moment we arrived, to breakfast the next morning, to our farewell, we were always greeted with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for offering us a moment of true restoration. We were facing an emergency situation that forced us to leave our home, but we woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.
Hotel de Berny is a very nice and charming Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! The employees are really nice and friendly. The service is very nice and fast. Nothing to complain about. The only thing we did not like that much were the beds (but that are personal preferences). The breakfast hast been very nice. Thank you for a nice stay in Paris
Don’t know how this place has 4.5/5 stars… Only booked this hotel due to a coupon. This hotel was the only one available in whole Paris. Never again.. Very very avarage hotel. The rooms are super old and frankly - dirty. There was mold on the walls and the ceiling. They were full of dust and the cleaning was not great - but that also falls on the room being really old, can’t imagine that you can clean it thouroughly in that condition.. The breakfast was ok I guess. Nothing special but not bad. The one thing that they got going on for them is the people - the receptionists were great, super friendly and helpful. Seems like they enjoy doing what they are doing and that’s great. For sure will not stay here ever again. 1.5/5 Highly suggest looking for something else.
