This hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, and speak multiple languages (I barely speak French so this was a HUGE positive for me). The rooms are nice and cozy so you feel comfortable staying for long periods of time. The hotel is also in an area where everything is very walkable. You will be able to get a small outdoor mall, do some sightseeing, get some very delicious food options from all different backgrounds, and access to other attractions in the area. The attached restaurant is also a wonderful place that serves very good food! All in all, I had a great experience at this hotel!
Super efficient and friendly lady at the reception. This hotel is our favourite when in this area. Only improvement to suggest would be to have porcelain cups which are reusable in the room rather than paper ones which are not.
Good location, easily accessible by car, and free parking is a bonus. The hotel was stylish and our room was comfortable with a well designed bathroom. Our only concern was that our room was located on the restaurant side of the hotel which felt a bit more tired; this impression wasn't helped by the ancient creaking lift that took us to the third floor.
