I stayed for a business trip. Location is perfect. Close to train station,parking lot,restaurants,central points. Rooms can be renewed

It's a vintage structure with old style architecture. The hotel itself is a unic experience. For the first time I saw a bathroom in hotel which is separate from the toilet. The room was a bit warm at the first week of April and no air circulation. The window can't be opened because of noise from the street. The coffee machine in the room is so helpful and tasty. The room was so clean and the bed was comfort.

Pluses: kind and helpful staff, close to the train station and easy walking to the castle and cathedral, very good breakfast that is a bargain, good towels and sheets, reasonable secure parking nearby if your car fits (a standard car was pretty easy). Minuses: extremely strong old cigarette smell that was very unpleasant, dirty carpet and very outdated rooms (although clean and fresh paint), overpriced and absolutely not four stars. You will either appreciate the time capsule quality of this hotel or you won’t. It was not our cup of tea because of the intense smell throughout the hotel, which needs to be addressed somehow. Rooms are extremely dated. However, the staff were helpful and breakfast was amazing, with fresh pressed juice and wonderful fruit as well as eggs and smoked salmon. Our room was a “superior” room and we had a view of the roof mechanics and a happy group of pigeons that woke me up with their cooing, they were so loud. We wouldn’t stay again because it isn’t a good value for the room quality and the smell is just too awful, but there were some things we appreciated.
