Excellent customer service. Breakfast is an amazing array of choice. Excellent quality. Parking underground, which was perfect. Only down side is the building work going on at one part of the building. I'd definitely recommend it and sure will return.
The hotel was an enjoyable experience. Rooms were pretty nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Downside that the gym and spa are shared with the gym itself, so everyone can access the hotel and your stuff. It isn’t only for hotel costumers. We had a pool class from the gym going on when we went there. Could have been better on the spa side. Other than that, hotel rooms and breakfast was great
Very accommodating staff following covid protocols, clean, room was renovated and comfortable. Pool area was nice but over-run with unsupervised children. Included breakfast was lovely and as North American travelers we appreciated the coffee on tap - first place in three weeks! Not in the location I had wanted when I booked it but with a car, it was 10 minutes to beach and or canals. Worth a stop.
