Outstanding staff with genuine smile. The hotel is located in prime position, close to all restaurants, ski lifts and shops. The ski rental is in the hotel. Breakfast impeccable and elegant in a very cosy lounge with fireplace. However the difference in this nice little hotel it is the outstanding staff.
Amazing location, staff and decor. Felt like a five star experience - ski right out the door and enjoy beautiful views
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I reached out for assistance with a concern, and instead of receiving help, I was met with complete disregard. The staff refused to provide any support or solutions, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expected better service and a willingness to resolve any issues. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.
