Hotel de la Plage

Absolutely a beautiful premier class hotel, together with super class staff and not only the reception team, but the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff were all more than terrific. The room has been amazingly designed, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location is a top **** 1st class hotel with beautiful views across the bay, situated right on the promenade & only 2-3 metres from the beach and the bay itself. Centrally located to the markets, shops, restaurants & Tapas bars, we have no hesitation in highly recommending this Hotel de la Plage to everyone and we look forward to visiting again soon. Just back from a week in this fabulous friendly hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, lovely staff, tasty breakfast buffet. Sadly no longer a restaurant in the hotel, suspect victim of Covid days, but plenty close by. Just perfect

This was our 6th or 7th stay of between 10 and 14 days at this exceptional hotel. As well as its unrivalled position right on the beach, what makes this hotel stand apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This starts with the booking process, which is not only made a straightforward as possible, but they are perfectly happy to call you in the UK for a last-minute check that they have arranged everything just as you would wish. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is done with a genuine smile. Our particular thanks to Mehdi and Jerome who have looked after us for years. This is a privately-owned hotel - and it shows! Recommended unreservedly.
