Hotel de la Plage

This is a charming 11 room hotel run by Matt and Lu that you should not miss. They took such good care of us - so personal, attentive and kind. The hotel is steps (no exaggeration) from the path to the beach (there are no hotels on the beach itself which is nice). For the people who complained about the noise: a) you should have stayed somewhere else since the "town" is all of two blocks and b) they thoughtfully gave you earplugs: use them! In our case the stay was perfect, tasteful and a delight. We will be back!

Very nice hotel with good quality all around, very friendly owners and staffs. I like the breakfast, especially the home made juice, all fresh and well prepared, I have to mention the tableware (la vaisselle), they are beautiful! Don't miss the sunset:)

What I especially enjoyed about this hotel were the fantastic location, beautiful, modern and comfy design, jungle-like garden and the clean room with the comfy bed. We were extra lucky and got an upgrade to a room with balcony, which we were super happy with. The owners were lovely and very accommodating and I wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious with limited but very high quality food options, which I appreciate. Only the service at breakfast was slow or rather not noticeable (I was in the breakfast room for almost half an hour before someone came to see if everything is alright), but I served myself and didn’t need help so it was no issue for me.
