A.wonderful property exceeded only by its staff. Less than a year old. Very clean. In room AC works well. Pool is very nice. Beautiful and spacious property. Has some unique adjoining rooms available with a king bed in one room and 3 singles in the other room, ideal for a family. On site restaurant offerings include continental, asian, and american. Made up breakfast boxes to go for us the day we left to see sunrise at angkor wat. Staff is friendly, attentive, so polite. Arranged a city wide tut tut tour for us one day, and an air conditioned van with a driver and English speaking guide another. Sent plenty of bottled drinking water with us. Free shuttle to/from Siem Rep airport about 10 minutes away. This is a higher end hotel, with per night prices that will still be more than reasonable for anyone willing to spend a tad more than rock bottom. Very, very inexpensive by all USA standards. Restaurant is priced comparable to other sit downs in the area, but with very attentive service. Advertised Massage prices are a lot higher than you can find off property. In total I highly recommend.

I did not stay here. I went to this hotel because google said there was a business center here and that they have a fax machine for international fax. After driving 10 kilometers from downtown Siem reap to go there, I was somewhat surprised there was no one at the front desk to greet me. A service woman made calls to find someone to go to the front desk. After 15 minutes of waiting for a front desk person to arrive, from outside of the hotel, I was informed that the hotel no longer have a business center and certainly does not have an international fax machine. Such a pity, that this grand hotel, with it's great looking architecture, has no customers nor service for guests that just might show up without notice. Yes it's a bit out of the way, but it can easily be found in Google maps.
