Hotel De La Rose

Not a 4* hotel. Worst than 1* I would say. Very bad hotel for family. Noisy because right front of busy road. Unfriendly staff. Can handle continuous noise from road but can’t handle some noise from children especially on a late check in day. Noisy church in front of the hotel. Stars prayers or ringing bell from 4 am in the morning which disturbs morning deep sleeps resulting tiring day. No parking at all. Staffs promote expensive and while day parking while per hour parking is available. Basically staffs are not aware with basic practical information. No loading or unloading place for guests to load unload luggage. Which makes difficult and stressful for us to park and unload stuffs, kids and family. Not wheelchair friendly. Can’t get in with wheelchair. Door is worst and makes more difficult for elderly to get in. No staffs there to guide or hold the door. Very very bad experience. Worst bed ever. No double bed. Two single bed aligned each other which moves whole night ruined family or couples living experience. Don’t provide clean towels. Asked multiple times and no one came with it. Door keys magically stops working. Have to call emergency numbers and waste 30 minutes or more to get new key.

The room itself was a huge letdown. It was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the bedsheets, dust on the furniture, and a musty smell throughout. The bathroom was even worse: mold in the shower, broken tiles, and no hot water for most of my stay.

Noise was another major issue. My room was located near the elevator, and I could hear loud conversations and doors slamming well into the night. When I called reception to complain, no action was taken.
