This hotel is breath taking ! Photos do not do it justice! The bed was so comfy! Every employee was kind to us and also helping us when needed! We also ate at the restaurant and was over the moon with how good the food would! I would recommend this hotel and restaurant over and over again!
Booked the hotel for a wedding. About 100 guests flying from the U.S to Mexico in a couple of weeks. All of our reservations got cancelled today because they would like to schedule “maintenance” those days. Mind you, we have all had these reservations for months! The maintenance isnt urgent. Its doesnt need to be done now. It needs to be done when they are sold out for a wedding. Now myself and our guests are left scrambling to find a different hotel that will accommodate everyone. Overall extremely unprofessional.
Don’t stay here, although it’s a 5 star hotel the try and suck any penny they can out of you. When checking out they charges us an extra $800 pesos to clean our sheets bc apparently they had stains on them. Stains that we did not leave on the sheets. The AC didn’t work and they didn’t care. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom the following morning. The manager is rude and didn’t care to make our experience any better. Apparently you are not allowed to have alcohol in your own room….. I’ve never heard of that rule. Needless to say they just want to find ways to make an extra buck.
