This may be premature, because we just arrived 30 minutes ago, but the hotel lobby and our guest room are beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I did not rate the location because I have not been in Avellino long enough to form an opinion.
Horrible experience. We were part of a tour and stayed for 7 days. They don't care about their guests. The second day we were there they switched our bed with a smaller bed on wheels that was awful, we tried to get it back but they literally didn't care. In the fifth day they had work done in the bathroom without telling us (painted over a water damage ) and we found our things covered in pain residues . The room was just dirty. The breakfast was bad and supper at days was a bad joke. STAY CLEAR OFF THIS .
Hotel was great, but the owner (male) is a cheat. For that alone, I will never return. His character was HORRIBLE and mistreated our tour guide ( who brought nearly 50 people there) He is a liar.
