The whole staff, especially Alessandra, Nicoletta, and Limber, really made our stay one of the best ones of our trip. They welcomed us with a smile and provided all of the pertinent information about our room, the hotel, and things to do nearby. They made sure to satisfy every single one of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is very charming and it is like stepping into a museum. There is so much history. The rooms were spacious, and even though they had a historic feeling, they had all of the comforts of modern times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A truly charming and elegant hotel with a rich sense of history. Hotel de la Ville Monza combines classic decor with warm hospitality, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The location is ideal—right by the Royal Villa and park, with easy access to the city center. A special thank you to Miss Alessandra, whose kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for us, and her care truly stood out.

We had a lovely stay here. Checking in was efficient and the real key was a nice touch. The room was very stylish and comfortable although after a basic Hilton the previous night where we had robes & slippers, these were missed. There was no coffee facilities and the pictures above the bed were uncomfortable in place of a headboard. The bar was fantastic and we ended up having a night in with food from the restaurant. Breakfast was phenomenal. Worth a visit.
