Decent, basic place with all you need for your stay.

I booked the hotel by phone for my husband, my daughter, and I. We were given a price, and when we arrived at the hotel at night to rest, the person who made the reservation for me, who was at the hotel reception, told me that he had misunderstood my reservation and raised the price by an additional $30 to the price he gave me on the reservation the day before. Terrible hotel service; their seriousness with the guest leaves much to be desired; it is terrible. This does not promote tourism in Ambato at all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEITHER EDUCATION NOR SERIOUSNESS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This is what they did to us today, July 5, 2025. 0/10 this travesty of a hotel.
