From the moment we walked in the door and are were so warmly greeted by the staff, I knew this was going to be our new favorite hotel. The room was beautiful, with thoughtful design features, clean soft bedding and a wonderful view. The staff was so friendly, helpful and made us feel cared for. Ohhh and the breakfast was delicious! I would love to know the secret to their amazing eggs! Our family definitely will return.
My pup and I enjoyed a long stay at this hotel and loved it. The room was so comfortable and they thought of everything. We loved the balcony and fresh air. The location was amazing. But mostly, we loved the staff. They are superb, and made our stay very special. Can’t wait to return!
Hotel is in a great location. Very central to everything. Esteban at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast (included). The wheelchair accessible room is just okay. Bed height is good. There is room for improvement in the bathroom. The seat/block in the shower is not big enough and is not ideal for a person who uses a wheelchair to transfer to. A shower chair adhering to ADA standards would be a much better and safer option for your accessible rooms.
