Classic atmosphere. Wonderful location . Service was top rate. I found only the jacuzzi to be a little chilly.Otherwise a great stay. Very close to the Degollado Theater and wonderful restaurants.
It's an older Mexican hotel with spacious rooms on four floors. It's really clean and very well maintained. There's a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city. The staff is stellar. It's a great location to explore all the major sites. My only negative would be that the pool and Jacuzzi, though in a beautiful setting, were very cold. We asked why they were cold and the response was, "we keep them at a natural temperature." No heated pool (super cold) and very cold Jacuzzi 😞
I rented a suite and they downgraded me and still charged me the same rate. They offered no solutions. I've stayed here several times but this is my last if I can't trust them.
