Room was perfect, clean no downsides, we got free bottles of water. Breakfast was good, also good coffee.
Whent there with my brother to eat , the service was perfect , the waitress did above and beyond to help the customers. Only remark that i have is that in a Italian coffe it had to be prepared with cream and not milk , for the rest perfect. I can recommend this place to everyone
Poor rooms, very small and dated The service was mediocre, they don't speak any language very well and are not very focused on customer service. (Daughter ran in to show her dad something on YouTube whilst he was checking me in, he also died not understand the concept of an ironing board) The best part is the food and bar area, that was really well done. But this hotel is 3 stars at best
