Good hotel in general, but a bit at a distance from Gstaad. The spa is rather disappointing. Food in the restaurant is nicely presented and tasty. Well done to the chef! Service can be a bit more professional.

We stayed here for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From check-in to checkout, the service was outstanding—genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. Both the staff and management went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. You don’t often see that level of personal attention anymore. The hotel itself is charming—cozy, well-maintained, and full of character. Our room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and lovely views. It’s not overly luxurious, but it has heart, and that made all the difference. Now the food. The in-house restaurants deliver true 5-star quality. Every dish we had was creative, perfectly executed, and packed with flavor. We ended up having dinner there both nights and were impressed each time. Breakfasts were just as delightful—fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Management was visible and involved, making sure everything was just right. That kind of genuine hospitality really stood out and elevated the whole stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with incredible food and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back.

Overall, the experience was good across all areas—service, food, spa, and rooms—but not exceptional. Highlights: The spa and massage treatments were excellent. Lowlights: Coffee and cocktails were underwhelming. The suite had an odd layout: both the bed and the bathtub were positioned in a way that didn’t take advantage of the view.
