We loved this hotel. We stayed in a superior room. It was a good size, obviously a lot smaller than hotel rooms in American but we were very aware this was the case in the majority of Paris. Room was really clean. Bathroom was surprisingly comfortable. Hotel staff were marvelous, friendly and always available to help. Leo was the best! Will definitely be back.

How this hotel has such good reviews must be a scam. Our room is dark and dingy with broken furniture, light bulbs that are burned out and a view of the next door building windows. It is exceptionally small even for Paris and we can hear our neighbors TV at 6am. When we asked John at the front desk why our room did not look like the photos online he agreed they did not, then said there were no other rooms available to move us to yet I can go onto at least two booking sites online and book a room here for tonight. It’s a great location but does it really matter if your room is terrible? The sheets are clean and bathroom is nice but I would NOT recommend staying here. End of our stay: Leo at the front deck was lovely and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job cleaning our room. The lobby was peaceful but we still did not truly embrace our room.
