Great stay – staff was super warm & welcoming The hotel is right in the city center but still quiet inside. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. The real highlight was the staff. Gabriel welcomed us with genuine warmth, spoke Portuguese with my boyfriend, and gave us amazing local tips without us even asking — we tried two of his recommended spots, and both were amazing. Later that evening, Emerick was working. We came home a little tipsy & ended up talking his ear off lol. But he was a good sport, engaged with us like we were regulars & served us drinks at the bar. Honestly, the staff made this stay unforgettable.
Perfect location for both the aquarium and central old town. High quality good value hotel with personal and kind service. No parking, but many parkings within short walking distance. McD is next to the hotel. Be advised my room was a suite.
The hotel has a great location. Just in front of the harbor and behind the old city. The rooms are really big. They have rooms for up to 5 or 7 people. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is in an old building fully renovated. The reception is on the first floor n
