Hotel Decent Suites Delhi Airport

I stayed at Hotel Decent Suits for 3 Nights nights and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was neat, tidy, and well-ventilated. Everything was properly arranged and exactly as shown online. I liked the simple yet elegant interior, with decent furniture and enough space to move around. The bed was super comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean and fresh-smelling. Bathroom was clean and functional, with 24-hour hot water, western toilet, and all basic toiletries. The AC worked efficiently, which was a relief during the heat. Lighting in the room was also perfect. Wi-Fi speed was decent — I could work online without interruption and even stream videos. The reception staff was warm and helpful, handling everything professionally from check-in to checkout. Room service was responsive — any request was fulfilled quickly, be it towels, water, or food. I tried the hotel food a couple of times — it was simple, home-style, and served hot. Great for light meals. The hotel’s location is convenient — close to local markets, restaurants, ATMs, and public transport. Security was also good; the entrance was monitored and the overall area felt safe, even at night. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — no loud noises, perfect for a peaceful stay. The pricing is reasonable considering the facilities and service offered. Definitely value for money. The staff were well-mannered and respectful at all times. Even the cleaning staff greeted guests with a smile. I didn't face any major issues during my stay, which made it all the more comfortable.

I found dust in the cupboards, and I did not feel comfortable because of it. I ordered iced coffee; it was good. Then I ordered French fries; I didn't like that at all. I think the oil they used is not good. When I ordered these, the guy came into my room to leave the coffee on the table, but I felt uncomfortable because of that. I hope they will change these in the future.
