Hotel Deco

Loved styaing at the Hotel Deco! The charm of the 1930s with the subtle Alice theme was perfect. The doormen were very helpful and informative as well as the afternoon desk man. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The bed was medium firm. Bathroom was clean and well designed. The valet service was a wonderful option.

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had in my life, despite some major inconveniences that occurred, which had nothing to do with the hotel. We came from Minnesota, and on our second, and final day here, our car stopped working when the valet went to park it. Valet even we've home on their break to try getting a charging box for our battery. (It wasn't the battery). We ended up having to extend our stay another night, which the hotel was very accommodating to. Our car got fixed the next day, and the hotel accommodated us again by granting us a late check out and a free breakfast at their restaurant. They were very apologetic even though nothing was their fault. The entire staff, from front desk to valet to management to service and food in the restaurant...SUPERB. This place goes above and beyond for their customers and I'll absolutely stay with them again the next time we're in Omaha. You all made us feel that "Minnesota Nice" even while we were away. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Thank you!

Overall the stay was great. The hotel has a lot of character. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that the sink had very little water pressure, like a dribble.
