When we first got to the hotel and checked in our room, the room was a disaster - very old and small! We asked for a room change in the renovated section but the receptionists were not helpful at all! But thanks to Alexandra who truly made our experience unforgettable by giving us one of the best rooms in the hotel. Our stay was made absolutely perfect thanks to her! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She left such a positive impact on our trip! Alexandra is a real asset to the hotel, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make our stay so special. Thank you, Alexandra!
This was my first hotel experience in Milan, even though it's my third time visiting the city. The room was very spacious — thanks to the helpful hotel staff. There was plenty of space, which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and as Turks — known for loving and making the best breakfasts — we truly enjoyed it! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, making it super convenient. The rooftop restaurant was a chic and amazing place to enjoy a drink with a view. I really hope I’ll stay here again the next time I come to Milan — inshallah!
Really lovely modern hotel. Very central to the cathedral and shopping/eating areas. Roof top terrace has fantastic views, reasonably priced with bar snacks included. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing really good selection of hot and cold foods available. Air conditioning was available in the lobby and the breakfast room. Our room suggests we had air conditioning, we didn't. The temperature dial on the wall only had an option to be turned down to 5C and there was no air conditioning option. It was 36C outside over the three days we stayed. The cleaners kept leaving the curtains open allowing the heat of the sun to come through. With no air con and these factors our room was consistently hot and was uncomfortable at night when sleeping. This was unfortunate as the hotel overall is fantastic. If the air con had been working efficiently I would have given the overall score as a 5.
