Wanting to get out of Naples because of traffic and people we booked here for a few days before flight out of FCO. Great views, free breakfast, elevator to the street. Be ready to walk a little but not to bad. Comfortable.
You go at the pool… the pool is full of kids jumping all over. 3 staff there but they only stay behind the counter! You order draft beer at 7€ (33cl) and they gave you a glass of 25cl. They think people who do party at there hotel are queen or king but they come just for 1 evening….. people who spend over a week at the hotel they don’t care!!! The breakfast you have the same items every single day! Never change anything….. They also put you on the side of the big room or outside because they set up the tables during breakfast for some groups!!! You understand nothing about hospitality!!! The wifi in the hotel is very slow!! With a serious director this place could outstanding but its doesn’t make you feel to come back!!!
The worst breakfast I have ever experienced. Fruit on the table is a plastic decoration only! Next to the plastic decoration just several peaces of the real fruit. Very cheap pastry and all the other food. Fruit juices also terrible. Strange decoration in the room. Two identical pictures above the bed. Why? Never more ;-)
