Thank you to the wonderful staff at Hotel Del Casco. What a gem. Quiet, well appointed and a classic colonial building with a fabulous courtyard and garden houses. The foyer alone is worth the stay. I can easily imagine a classy wedding or other event here. Plus the food is excellent!
Very quiet and stilish restored residence from 1892. Ample rooms with 14' high ceilings. Nice pool and shared areas. Located in beautiful San Isidro with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside, in my opinion, is the run down public sidewalks in the vecinities. They can add a charm to the experience, but could also be a hassle if you have mobility issues as some of the family members traveling with us.
A wonderful place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires, especially if you want to explore Tigre and the north of the city. Hotel Del Castro is located in the old part of San Isidro. It has a stunning courtyard and dipping pool, where you can relax, work or have coffee or meals. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and refined furnishings. The breakfast is delicious and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend.
