Chose this hotel ..and Sutomore...due to the reasonable prices and proximity to Bar where we were due to end our train trip. Found out Sutomore has a train station, and it's a quick downhill walk to the hotel. Reception was friendly and spoke impeccable English. Rooms were very well appointed, only missing tea/coffee making facilities but included bathrobe and slippers. Pool looked nice but didn't try it. Gym was well equipped and water was available to buy. Breakfast included international and local treats. Location very near to the beach. Each room has balcony with sea views. Try the grill restaurant next to the hotel for the atmosphere, massive plates, and traditional Slavic music. A++ Highly recommended.

I stayed three nights at Hotel Del Medio in Room 701 on the 7th floor. The room was modern, clean, and offered a beautiful mountain view with a partial sea view from the balcony. The location is convenient, with supermarkets, beaches, and hiking trails all within walking distance. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel, at least during the off-season in April. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It’s important to know that the room doors don’t lock automatically—you have to pull them shut manually. One day I returned to find the door open, which was unsettling, even though nothing was missing. The front desk mentioned it may not have been fully closed. The room had a safe, fridge, TV, and a good shower with both rain and handheld options. What I missed was a kettle. Hot water had to be requested from reception, who got it from the hotel restaurant. A kettle or coffee machine would really improve the experience. Wi-Fi was the main issue. The connection was unstable and kept dropping out on both iPhone and iPad. Definitely needs improvement, especially in Room 701. Breakfast was basic but satisfying, with warm options like eggs and chicken, salads, yogurt, and surprisingly good coffee from a machine. A bit more variety like oatmeal would be a welcome addition. The gym was well-equipped. There was some confusion about the hours—printed information in the room said it closes at 21:00, but the sign at the gym entrance said 22:00. Either way, earlier morning hours would make it more convenient for guests who want to work out before breakfast. Overall, a solid choice for the price at around 30 to 40 euros per night with breakfast in April. Great for off-season stays, hiking trips, or a peaceful beach visit without needing a car. Would stay again, especially if the Wi-Fi improves.

We had a pretty late check-in, but at the reception we were greeted by Ana, who was very kind, friendly, and helpful - she handled everything quickly and with a smile, which made us feel welcome right away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning. There was also a nice gym in the hotel - well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. A great place to relax - we definitely recommend it!
