My stay at this hotel was excellent! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are breathtaking. 😊 But the food was amazing, too. For me and my family's dinner we got a spot at Casa Julian. The environment was calm, and the food was amazing and high-quality. The breakfast was so delicious. It was a very cultural cuisine with fresh food. I recommend the Coconut juice, too. And after all, I would love to go back there again!!!
This is an elegant hotel with excellent service and a lovely breakfast on the garden patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jonathan who took good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!
Overall I was disappointed during my stay here in April. The gym sucks! No polite way of saying it. The rooms are good. Hotel amenities are average. I would not want to stay here again nor would I recommend it. Security is also a factor: there are not enough security personnel. I would recommend Hilton Colon instead, primarily based on security and it has a proper gym.
