Beautiful hotel, well appointed rooms, sincerely friendly staff. Bar and restaurant excellent and breakfast was amazing. We truely had a wonderful time. View of the lake from the hotel, breathtaking. Call ahead and arrange for parking. They have an attendant that will meet you on a golfcart, lead you to the garage and bring you and your luggage back to hotel. We waited in the large public lot. There is an area you can wait without paying to go in. You cannot drive up to the hotel, it is pedestrian only. They have a private garage offsite.
The Hotel del Porto is a beautiful hotel directly situated at Lake Garda (picture of the view from the room attached). All of the hotel staff including front desk, waiters, cleaners, and the driver Francesco offered excellent service - and did so with a smile. The food was wonderful and especially the pizza was perfect.
Cannot explain how beautiful this hotel and location is, how welcoming and friendly the staff was, and how incredible our stay was. Stunning views, delicious food, and outstanding service.
