We are Americans who visited in April 2025 and stayed in the Adults Only tower with an oceanfront view. The view was amazing and the porches are large. Weather was great for our visit but we are also glad the rooms had good A/C. The shower worked well and had good pressure. The beach servers Jamir and Ricardo were really attentive and made our stay fun! Roberto made great drinks at the bar! Overall a great stay for a great value.
Highly recommended, we stayed in the adult tower and it was the best, the room was extremely clean, Veronica our housekeeper, left the room extremely clean every day (picked up the trash, mopped and disinfected) the view from the room we had (62) was incredible, a view of the sea, you could watch the sunsets, from the balcony you could hear music and the hustle and bustle of the people on the beach, but once you close the balcony door, you don't hear any noise, just the sound of the waves, lulling you, the pier looks beautiful at night, from check-in Bertha (I think that's her name) the person who checked us in, her service went beyond what expected, we were already coming from a terrible experience at the Hotel Pueblito Vallarta, well here Bertha made our stay most pleasant and we were able to continue enjoying it, on the other hand the beach staff (food service) were also super friendly, spectacular service from Ricardo, Humberto, Darío and Yamiel in short everyone was super friendly, at the pool Samuel is an incredible person who is aware of what you need, finally we found a hotel where we can be sure to return every year since the photo of the room that they have on the internet is not false, I hope and continue with the excellent quality in the rooms, what we do have to pay attention to is the refill of the amenities in the shower on the last day of my stay I no longer had any. the price is reasonable, a hotel that is 100% recommended, thank you and we hope to see you soon!! The room has a minibar, air conditioning, amenities in the shower, towels, cable TV (like 8 channels in English), a safe in the room, chairs on the balcony, a coffee maker and coffee cartridges, they give you 2 bottles of 500 ml water daily, those (and you can't smoke in the rooms or balconies, very good for that), they give you your room key and a card to exchange your towel, it has a pool for the adult area and a small private beach, and also its sun lounger area, that if what you consume on the beach has to be on behalf of the hotel, they give you your bracelet since the hotel has the adult tower and the family tower, and also has a coffee break service in the morning until 4 or so and at night sometimes they leave you jugs of hot water in case you want tea, it has its own Tower elevator which you must use with the room card, but if not you can use the other elevator which is in the family tower. in a hotel worth staying in.
5/2025 The "deluxe junior suites" are in a renovated tower that's for adults only and has a separate adult pool right off the bar / restaurant. Absolute direct oceanfront with water views for miles. Palapas out front for hotel guests only, although like all MX beaches, the beach itself is public. I'll just call this place "nice enough" because it is neat and clean. Widely available this time of year for under us$100/night, no meals included although for double that you can get all-inclusive. They are meticulously chintzy with their bath towels - you get one per person in the room so if you want to shower in the morning and again after the beach, one of those times will be with a wet towel. You can ask for a fresh set, but why should I have to?
