Hotel Delfino Taranto

We had a wonderful stay at the Delfino hotel. Both the lobby and the rooms are beautiful. The view from the restaurant, where we eat well, is great. It was also really practical to be able to park on-site. But most of all, the personnel is super nice. The cleaning of the room was quick and efficient and the staff in the restaurant is caring. Finally, a big shout-out to Alessandro who not only is really nice, but also gave us valuable advice on places to visit and even some information about the history of the city. He made our stay all the more pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a great hotel. Room with a lovely sea view, it was spacious and the hotel has a great breakfast! The front of house and concierge, Alexander really made our stay. He gave excellent recommendations for food and wineries. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much Alexander for making our stay so enjoyable at your lovely hotel.

I recently stayed at Delfino Hotel in Taranto. The lobby was pleasant, breakfast was good, the view was beautiful, and although the gym was small, the equipment was new. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The room I stayed in was very outdated. The toilet flush did not work unless the entire flush panel was lifted, which the receptionist apologized for. The elevators were also very old and in need of modernization. When I requested an invoice, they attempted to charge me again, and only after I clarified that I had already paid did they apologize. On the last day, despite informing reception that we would check out at 12:00, I arrived at the room exactly at 12:00 to find that my belongings had already been removed and placed at the front desk. Again, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding. Overall, this stay was unnecessarily stressful.
