Never a 4 star, restaurant was average at best, rooms dated, ac in room not working, window wouldn't open.... terrible hotel!
As a member of a Bulgarian group, we stayed in the hotel for the night. The rooms are ok, but the breakfast is miserable, you feel like you're in some kind of a camp during world war 2. Total segregation, we - the Bulgarians - stayed in a totally different part of the canteen, as the others guests of the hotel that were italian and so on, had 100 times richer choice than us.
Relatively cheap hotel, but that is it. Dated interior, room not really clean and stains on the wall. Breakfast elementary and no real choices. To make the experience complete, we had continuous fire alarms between 23h00 and 2h00. Can happen, but no communication whatsoever from the hotel staff, and going down there even was nobody at the reception! All in all, never again…. To be avoided at all cost…
