The hotel is set in beatiful forest but provide a minibus into Town
Our wifi signal was not good on our room(203). We did claim more than once, to the people at the front desk but they gave us no solution, They didn't solve our problem, they didn't even change us to other room even though there were rooms available since it was low season and there were few people in the hotel.
For a 4 star hotel with a a 5 courses menu, the food is bad. For 7 nights stays there have not been a single day in which everything to be edible. On every single dinner service at least 2 of the servings were either not cooled properly, not the same as what they were described to be, or directly non-edible. The service was on a good level, the rooms are spacious and clean. The view is really good, the facilitators are friendly, the shuttles from the hotel to the city center or the beach were on time and the drivers were awesome, however the food itself is bad, which is a shame for a 4star hotel. For example this is supposed to be a soup...
