Very polite staff. Great breakfast buffet! It had such a big selection. I was quite impressed with the buffet because it had so many fresh products such as full honeycombs and super food nuts. It had some really good pancake and waffle machines which I certainly enjoyed. In addition, it had a really nice juicer with all the fruits and veggies really to be used. The room was nice and it had everything that you need for a good night.
First room we we in (room 116) was on the ground floor and had obvious signs of water damage and shoddy repair, it reeked of mold and must and was obviously poorly maintained. We were forced to spend a night there as the hotel was booked, however they did make immediate arrangements to move us to a higher room. I would have rated 1 star on the first room, 4 on the second (room 407), the service was great, breakfast quite good and the beds very reasonable. Not in the nicest part of town, though. Close to the bus line but not walking distance to most attractions. Decent place on a budget, great service, and the rooms are fine and clean as long as you stay off the ground floor!
Conveniently located within walking distance of the Bologna metro station. Room is clean, adequate sized. The bathroom seemed a bit damp and musty though. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was included in our room. I like that they have fresh fruit as part of breakfast. Standard hotel food though, nothing amazing.
