The property is located in a nice location with ample parking space. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. However, some guests have mentioned that the amenities in the bathroom need improvement. The food served is tasty but lacks variety. It was a pathetic experience for me and my family during our wedding ceremony organised at this hotel. The front desk/receptionist people, especially Sujeet and Manish, are so rude and disgusting as if they are our headmasters. They must have forgotten with how to behave with their guests. The management must make this accountable, if at all, they value their guest's reviews. Not to mention on above, if they really consider us as their 'GUESTS'.
