We stayed for 3 nights at Solea Südtirol, and what an amazing place to wind down for a while. The food was incredible - we had a 5-course meal every night, and the staff really went above and beyond to make each night special. During sunset, you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz by the pool while watching the sun go down - amazing. The whole hotel has stunning views over the valley below, and the saunas with mountain views were another favorite. Just an amazing place!
