It was just a dream to stay there! The furniture is sooo beautiful and you feel like in a travel back in time. The stuff is totally friendly and kind, especially I got an amazing service from Roberto and Martina! Wonderful people you can chat with))) and I love the elevator! And the building! And just everything!

The hotel is located in the city center in Via Duomo. It's inside a group of buildings, as it's very common in Naples. Almost everything is in walking distance or a 2-3 stops away with the train. My personal favorite feature of the structure is the vintage elevator!! We really felt we were in another period of time! Yes, it's old, small , and EXTREMELY beautiful! We really liked the room. The vintage vibes were everywhere, the warm welcome, and the barrista in the breakfast area were also great. Always happy to help and provide us with cool tips and places to eat! The ceiling of the room has special paint, and when it's completely dark, you can see a starry sky! It's super cool and relaxing! They have a special frame on the wall informing the residents of this cool feature! We really loved it! As the building itself is old, as almost everything in Naples, there is no soundproof whatsoever. The toilet flush is a bit difficult to use , as it's quite old, but it does the work.

One of the absolute worst experiences we have had in Italy, was choosing this hotel. We were a couple on our honeymoon and they allocated us a room with 4 beds all next to each other! They did not even offer a welcome drink or glass of water! The bathroom was full of mold. The „garden view” was nothing but looking at a wall and a space full of garbage. The whole room had only 1 plug outlet. The mini fridge had nothing inside and was as noisy as hell. The room was opposite reception with absolutely no sound proofing. We had to listen to all customers conversations and complaints plus the night shift producing all his reports, printing etc. The receptionist was very rude. We asked to speak to the hotel manager, but they refused to even call him or even give us his/her name. The first night as we arrived late, after looking at the room and requesting another one as it was not suitable for our honeymoon, they said there was nothing else available. We asked to cancel our booking and go somewhere else. They refused to do this. We then went out for dinner and during our meal, we received a notification from booking.com that our reservation was cancelled as they marked us as a no show. Meanwhile we had already checked in and our luggage was in the room. We stressed and did not even finish our meal, called a taxi and went back to hotel as fast as possible as we thought we were left with nowhere to sleep and it was already midnight! The receptionist then told us that we had a room but they did the cancellation on booking so they would not pay commission!!! We never managed to sleep due to the noise coming from reception until 4am and then building work going on from 7am!!! After complaining they suddenly, magically had another room to allocate us to. The building work got even worse the next day with drilling going on from 7am! Reception’s behaviour was unacceptable so the following morning after threatening to call the tourist police they agreed to cancel our booking and we thankfully did not have to endure any further spoiled days. The only positive was the staff at breakfast. Both of them were very polite young people, very attentive and gave us more information and suggestions that the receptionist ever cared to suggest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel! Photos and videos are attached.
