Hotel des Arts Resort & Spa

Not professional at all, very bad service. I wish there was a button that says zero ( instead of 1 Star). Both receptionists treated us so bad. If you are looking for a fun vacation then think twice before you book this hotel. Customer service doesn't excite in this hotel, so be ready for a horrible experience.

Awful avoid. Felt robbed felt conned. It is a money laundering facility with a front as a hotel. No one in there knows a thing about hospitality. No one says hello you have to say it first. In fact you have to go get your passport yourself the following day of check in they don't call you or bring it to you!!!! A bloody fiasco that costs a fortune. So so so disapointed. We were 2 in a suite with one towel one glass no mini bar no soap dirty pillows on balcony flies in bathtub no complimentary water. Not even a pen to write with. Pool ends at 6pm so no sunset gazing. Breakfast ends at 10am no negotiating and no sleep in (felt like I was at camp) incompetent staff. Often answering no (as though it is easier to dismiss than to address a query) I left there with my blood boiling with frustration! DO NOT GO!!!! This comes from someone who lives in Casa, not a silly tourist.

The place it was actually nice, but it hasn't been cleaned for a long time,full of dust, the tower in the bathroom were with holes and stains. The service was awful,very rude people. Really disappointed.
